This is our registered office, not a shop and not a returns address. Please do not send parcels here — email us first and we will give you the correct return address.
Before you write
- Sizing. Send us the chest girth in centimetres and we will tell you the size. That is faster than guessing from a breed.
- Where is my order? Check the dispatch email for the tracking link first. If it has not moved in five business days, write to us.
- Something is damaged. Send a photograph. We will replace it and you will not need to post the damaged item back.
- Returns. Tell us the order number and which items; we will send instructions and the address.
Why email only
We handle enquiries in writing so there is a record of what was agreed — which return address we gave you, what we said we would replace, when. It is slower than a phone call and considerably more reliable.
